  4. Technical support is available free of charge (unless you become a raging pain in the ...but that's another story) directly from Component.  You can reach us by phone, fax, E-mail, and even regular, plain ol' snail mail.

  6. Note: The absolutely best way to reach us is via E-mail.  We recommend it as your first line of support.  Of course, if you don't have E-mail or feel more comfortable talking to a real person, you may certainly call us on the phone.
